Commercial Models

Two commercial models for enterprise deployment.

The intelligence layer accumulates with use and cost per answer declines as it matures. Both commercial models are available across every deployment option.

User-Based Licensing

Priced per seat, across every deployment model

A single licensing model across SaaS, private cloud and on-premises deployment. Price scales with user count and deployment model. All platform capabilities are included at every tier.

  • SaaS, private cloud, on-premise, or hybrid
  • Scales from small teams to enterprise-wide rollouts
  • All Domain Brains, memory, and skills included

Impact-Based Pricing

Priced on delivered outcomes rather than user count

Decoupled from seat count. A flat platform fee covers the intelligence layer and governance. A separate fee is priced on the intelligence developed and the measured impact delivered.

  • Flat platform fee, independent of user count
  • Brain Training fee tied to measured impact
  • Non-linear upside as the brain compounds across your org

We will work with you to determine which commercial model fits your deployment and usage profile.

Value accrues over the term of the engagement.

Memory grows with every session

Skills grow with every engagement

Knowledge grows with every source you connect

Value increases and cost per answer falls, the longer the brain runs

Frequently asked questions

Deployment, timelines and data architecture.

How long does it take to go live?
Most engagements reach production in four to six weeks. In our experience across more than 50 enterprise deployments, a comparable custom build typically runs 18 to 24 weeks. Layer maturity is a separate curve: connect your sources on day one, and memory and skills accumulate from there.
How quickly does the intelligence layer start adding value?
Indicative maturity curve. From day one, your team can load Knowledge: documents, databases and API connectors. Through the first month, Memory facts are extracted automatically from agent conversations. Through the first quarter, recurring patterns are curated into reusable SOPs. Actual rates depend on usage volume and the domains in scope.
What are Domain Brains, and how many do we need?
Domain Brains are segmented intelligence layers for each function in your organisation: Finance, IT Ops, HR, Tax, and a cross-client Firm Brain. A single shared brain creates noise; domain segmentation ensures Finance skills do not pollute IT Ops memory. How many you start with depends on your rollout. We will help you scope it.
What happens to our data?
Your source documents and data remain yours, with role-based access and full audit trails. The compounding layer, the auto-curated memory and auto-extracted skills built on top of your work, is what makes the brain more valuable the longer it runs.
Can we deploy in our own infrastructure?
Yes. Both commercial models support private cloud, on-premises and fully air-gapped deployment.
Which pricing model is right for us?
User-Based Licensing gives predictable, seat-based budgeting. Impact-Based Pricing decouples cost from headcount, so you pay for outcomes as the intelligence layer accumulates. Our team will help you determine the right fit.
